Shipping Details

What are the available shipping methods?
XToyWholesale.com provides Express DHL/UPS/FedEx and Ocean/Railway shipping method.
For all shipping methods, XToyWholesale.com only charges the shipping fee, the possible tax/duty is NOT included. Please kindly note that the Tax / Customs fee in destination country is at customer’s expense.

*If you have your own shipping method or shipping forwarder in China, please contact us and provide their information, we will ship the order to your warehouse or forwarder or your shipping forwarder can come to collect your pacakges.

• Air Express DHL/UPS/FedEx:
  (Shipping time = Handling time + Delivery time)
  Handling Time: Ship out from our Warehouse in 3-5 business days for every 100kg parcel, extra days may required for bulk purchase.
  Delivery Time: 1 weeks to most countries. When in peak season, there could be extra 3-5 days delay.
  Tracking number available in 24 hours after the parcel dispatched.

Attentions:
A. IMPOSSIBLE to ship to PO BOX.
B. IMPOSSIBLE to ship liquid & powder & cream products.
C. There is 0.5% chance that it will be inspected by China Customs, and the order will be delayed for 4-5 days.

Any Tax / Customs fee in destination country is at customer’s expense.

• Ocean Ship/ Railway Shipping: (For parcels over 12kg Only) **Recommend**Very Cheap**
  Handling Time: Ship out from the Warehouse in 5-20 business days, depends on your order size.
  Delivery Time: 25-45 days to direct to your door. UPS will pick up and deliver your packages from the US port to your door. When in peak season, there could be 10-20 days delay. We will handle all the custom clearance process and duty & tax for most of the countries, please contact us if you have any questions.

How are customs and import tax/duty handled?
We encourage you to check the local customs office for potential import taxes, duties, and tariffs, before placing any order. In addition, some products may require special licenses or permits to import.

XToyWholesale.com is not responsible for products rejected, confiscated or destroyed by the customs in your countries. Because we send products from Hong Kong (a free port), there is no sales tax or duties imposed by the Hong Kong government.

What is the declaration on shipping labels?
